Welcome Craniosacral Therapists

Craniosacral therapy is subtle work — and intuitive listening isn’t just about soft hands, it’s about a regulated nervous system. If you’ve ever felt like you were “trying to feel it” instead of simply sensing it, that’s not a technique problem — that’s an internal state issue. Your identity patterns, your subconscious stories, the quiet beliefs about things like imposter syndrome or needing to fix, prove, get it right — they shape your nervous system before you ever touch the client. And their nervous system feels yours before they consciously register anything. Co-regulation is real. Which means intuitive listening only goes as deep as your own regulation does. The deeper you’ve done your own work, the deeper you’re able to hold therapeutic presence for a client’s healing.

Sharpen Your Clinical Confidence

Subtle work can make even experienced therapists second-guess themselves. In our sessions we will work on we’ll work on trusting what you’re feeling, understanding why you’re feeling it, and strengthening your ability to differentiate between true tissue response and your own internal noise — so you can stop wondering if you “missed something.”

Strengthen Your Nervous System Presence

Intuitive listening only goes as deep as your own regulation. Each month, we explore practitioner identity patterns, subconscious stress responses, and co-regulation principles so you can show up grounded, steady, and safe — the kind of presence that allows clients to truly shift. When your nervous system is anchored, your work becomes clearer and more effective.

Move from Doing Mode to Being Mode

Craniosacral therapy isn’t about forcing change — it’s about allowing it. This Circle helps you refine the internal shift from “trying to fix” to deeply and intuitively listening, so sessions feel more attuned. Through a reset, rewrite, rewire, and retrain method, you’ll develop the kind of practitioner state that makes transformation more natural and sustainable for your clients.

What’s Included

Each month inside the Craniosacral Therapy Practitioners Circle, you’ll join a live coaching and clinical refinement call via Zoom with me, Dr. Catherine Christy.

I’ve been a practicing craniosacral therapist for over a decade and have completed 13+ levels of craniosacral training through the Upledger Institute. Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with thousands of nervous systems — in massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, and advanced nervous system-focused care — which means I understand both the subtlety of this modality and the real-world challenges practitioners face in session.

In addition to my clinical background, I hold a doctorate in Natural Medicine and have trained directly under Dr. Jade Teta, a naturopathic physician who developed an identity-based transformation model that maps how identity shapes stories and beliefs, which influence nervous system state, biology, and ultimately behavior — how we think, feel, act, and choose.

What does that mean for you as a practitioner?

It means our calls won’t just focus on technique. We’ll explore how identity patterns and nervous system state subtly shape your sessions, your confidence, your clinical reasoning, and your ability to truly listen. You’ll gain mentorship not only in craniosacral application, but in refining the internal state from which you practice — because the practitioner is part of the treatment.

Each month includes:
• A live Zoom clinical coaching session (recorded for replay) that will include combinations of the following:
• Case study discussion
• Practitioner nervous system refinement and co-regulation principles and techniques
• Identity pattern awareness work to strengthen intuitive listening
• Replay access for continued integration

This is ongoing refinement — deeper mastery.

Zoom sessions will be held on the 4th Tuesday of the month at Noon central time. Calls are recorded for replays if you miss the live. You will receive 12 CECs after 12 consecutive months of membership.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This Circle is for you if:

• You’ve trained in craniosacral therapy and know the techniques — but sometimes still second-guess what you’re feeling

• You’ve had sessions where everything flowed beautifully… and others where you left wondering why it didn’t settle

• You care deeply about doing this work well and don’t want to rely on guesswork

• You’ve noticed that your own internal state affects how a session unfolds

• You want to move beyond “doing CST” and into truly embodying intuitive listening

• You’re ready to look at your own identity patterns and nervous system responses as part of your clinical development

• You value subtlety, regulation, and presence more than force or intensity

• You want mentorship, not just more information

• You believe the practitioner is part of the treatment

This space is for therapists who understand that mastery isn’t about adding more techniques — it’s about refining who you are when you practice.

Dr. Catherine Christy

Craniosacral therapy is subtle work — and subtle work requires a refined practitioner.

As a Doctor of Natural Medicine (non-physician) and a craniosacral therapist with over a decade of hands-on experience, I’ve worked with thousands of nervous systems across massage therapy, esthetics, and advanced nervous system-focused care. I’ve completed 13+ levels of craniosacral training through the Upledger Institute, and I understand both the art and the complexity of this modality in real clinical practice.

But technique is only part of the equation.

I’ve also trained for two years directly under Jade Teta, a naturopathic physician who developed an identity-based transformation model mapping how identity shapes stories and beliefs, which influence nervous system state, biology, and behavior.

Why does that matter for craniosacral therapists?

Because before a client’s nervous system chooses safe or unsafe, both practitioner and client are operating from identity patterns that subtly influence the room. Your internal state — your regulation, your subconscious beliefs, your “doing mode” or “being mode” — affects what you feel, how you interpret it, and how deeply your client can settle.

Inside the Craniosacral Therapy Practitioners Circle, we integrate:

• Advanced craniosacral clinical reasoning
• Nervous system regulation for practitioners
• Identity pattern awareness
• Co-regulation refinement
• The shift from doing mode to embodied presence

This Circle is about refining the practitioner — because the practitioner is part of the treatment.

Mastery happens when your presence becomes as therapeutic as your hands.
